Coby Hanoch
Coby Hanoch comes to Weebit Nano with 15 years’ experience in engineering and engineering management and 26 years’ experience in sales management and executive roles. Coby was Vice President Worldwide Sales at Verisity where he was part of the founding team and grew the company to over $100M in annual sales which facilitated its acquisition by Cadence Design Systems (NASDAQ:CDNS). He was also Vice President Worldwide Sales at Jasper, doubling sales before it was acquired by Cadence. Coby was brought in as CEO to help PacketLight avoid bankruptcy and get it back to a leadership position in its domain. Prior to Weebit, Coby set up his own consulting company, EDAcon Partners, helping startups define their corporate strategies, to set up their worldwide sales channel and raise capital. Coby holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Design from Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
Ishai Naveh
Mr Naveh is an industry veteran with more than 35 years’ experience in the semiconductor field, ranging from process development and integration, silicon manufacturing, setting technology requirements and directing technical teams to obtain customers’ needs, as well as various marketing positions. He started his career at National Semiconductor, where he served in various technical roles. Later he served in key management positions overlooking NVM and Foundry Technologies at Tower Semiconductor, one of the leading foundries worldwide. In 2007 Mr Naveh co-founded Adesto, one of the early ReRAM companies, where he served as VP Marketing and Business Development, leading Technology and Product definition and adaptation for market requirements. He served in Adesto until its acquisition by Dialog Semiconductors in 2020.
Mr. Naveh has a B.Sc. degree in physics from the Hebrew University and an M.B.A. from Heriott-Watt University, and holds numerous patents in the NVM field.
Ilan Sever
Mr. Sever has over 25 years of design & project-management expertise in the field of Non-Volatile-Memory, Semiconductor IP and SOC design. Prior to joining Weebit-Nano, Mr Sever served as the Memory-Group CTO and Subsidiary GM at Dolphin-Design, leading the development of numerous memory architectures, as well as innovation projects in the fields of security, rad-hard memories and RISC-V memory subsystems. He previously managed the VLSI activities of Sandlinks Systems - a company in the field of IoT, developing a breakthrough Low-Power, Mixed-Signal/RF SOC. In his previous roles Mr Sever was Director of IP & Libraries at Tower Semiconductors and Design Manager of Flash-Memory at ST Microelectronics. Mr. Sever holds a BSCEE from the Technion - Israeli Institute for Technology, and has several granted patents and awards.
Eran Briman
Eran Briman has nearly 30 years of experience in the semiconductor IP field. At Weebit Nano (ASX:WBT), Eran serves as VP of Marketing and Business Development, leading the company’s ReRAM commercialization efforts. Prior to joining Weebit in 2020, he was VP of Marketing and Business Development for Corephotonics, an imaging IP start-up that pioneered the multi-aperture domain in mobile devices and was acquired by Samsung Electronics in 2019. Before that, Eran was VP of Marketing and Corporate Development for CEVA (NASDAQ: CEVA), where he helped to shape the company as a leader in numerous DSP markets including mobile, IoT, surveillance, infrastructure and automotive. Over more than a decade at CEVA, Eran held numerous roles including Chief Architect, where he had overall responsibility for the research and development of next-generation DSP cores. He also held engineering and engineering management roles at DSP Group, where he led large development teams.
Eran holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from the Kellogg Business School at Northwestern University. He holds several patents in and has authored numerous technical publications.
Alla Felder
Ms. Felder has over 20 years’ experience as a Certified Public Accountant. As a senior manager at PWC Israel (Kesleman & Keselman) Ms. Felder was responsible for auditing large public companies traded on the TASE and US Stock Exchanges. She has also served as the CFO of several start-up companies and has extensive experience with SEC filings, SOX procedures, taxation reports and IPO procedures. Currently, Ms. Felder serves as an active director on the board of several public companies traded on the TASE and NASDAQ. She is also a Professor of Accounting at the College of Management, Academic Studies, School of Business Administration. Ms. Felder holds a CPA and a Master’s degree in Finance from the City University of New York.
Amir Regev
Amir brings to Weebit Nano two decades of experience in device and technology for the semiconductor industry, with particular expertise in Flash memory technology. Prior to working at Weebit Nano, Amir served as a senior Engineer in some of the leading technology companies in the semiconductor and memory field, including Intel (NASDAQ:INTC), SanDisk (NASDAQ:SNDK), Micron (NASDAQ:MU) and Marvell (NASDAQ:MRVL). Amir has accumulated broad knowledge and expertise in multiple engineering fields including Device, Technology Development, Quality & Reliability, and ASIC R&D. As a Senior Device Engineer, Amir was involved in developing the most advanced 45nm NOR Flash technology to date. Amir holds a M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Tel-Aviv University and a B.Sc. in Material Science and Engineering from Ben-Gurion University. In 2015 Amir graduated with a B.A. honors in Psychology from the Open University of Israel.

David (Dadi) Perlmutter
Dadi Perlmutter is a technology and social entrepreneur. With almost 40 years’ experience in the semiconductors industry, Dadi has held a number of very senior global positions, including Executive Vice President and General Manager at the Intel Architecture Group (IAG) and also Chief Product Officer of Intel Corporation (NASDAQ:INTC). The award-winning executive received a prize for innovation in industrial development from the Israeli President in 1987 and an award for the development of the i387 math co-processor. Dadi was elected Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE Fellow) for his contributions to the mobile personal computer industry. He served as a member of the Board of Directors of Mellanox Technologies (NASDAQ: MLNX) until it was acquired by nVidia. Dadi is also a chairman of another Israeli startup called Teramount . He invests in numerous startups in Israel and Silicon valley focusing in deep technology and high performance computing like fast interconnects, AI, storage and new materials He is also a member of the Board of Governors of the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology and chairs a number of non-profit organizations.
Dr. Yoav Nissan-Cohen
Dr Nissan-Cohen manages Weebit’s R&D activities. Yoav’s career covers nearly 40 years of scientific research, technology development, and executive management in the hi-tech industry.
Yoav received his PhD researching non-volatile memories, under the supervision of Prof Dov Frohman, the inventor of the first non-volatile memory technology.
He started his illustrious career as a research scientist in GE’s R&D center in New York where he studied the use of silicon dioxide in semiconductor memory devices. He then led the spin-off of National Semiconductor’s fabrication facility in Israel, establishing Tower Semiconductor, a Nasdaq-listed, global specialty semiconductor foundry leader with a market cap of US$3.4 billion, where he served as CEO for nine years. Dr. Nissan-Cohen also played a key role in establishing a non-volatile technology startup, Saifun Semiconductor, which was subsequently sold to Spansion. After two years in the venture capital industry, he returned to his entrepreneurial origins taking up Chairman and CEO positions in Amimon which provides wireless transmissions of HD Video at zero latency. He is currently Chairman and CEO of Zullavision, a company which leverages Israeli technologies to provide innovative solutions for film and TV productions. Dr. Nissan-Cohen holds a PhD in Applied Physics where his focus was SiOx memories.

Atiq Raza
Atiq Raza is a highly respected veteran in the semiconductor industry, playing a significant role in the evolution of the semiconductor industry over the past 30 years. Atiq gained his reputation as Chairman and CEO of NexGen, which revolutionized the design of x86 processors, and was acquired in 1996 by Advanced Micro Devices (NASDAQ: AMD). Atiq then became President and COO of AMD and led its transition from running behind Intel processors to being a direct competitor, gaining significant market share in PCs and the Cloud. Later Atiq was the founder, Chairman and CEO of RMI which was acquired by NetLogic which in turn was acquired by Broadcom (NASDAQ: AVGO) on the strength of the RMI processor. Since then Atiq has held multiple roles, including investor, Chairman and CEO of semiconductor companies, and serving on the boards of many companies including Mellanox, Magma Design Automation, Matrix and Solantro, to name a few. Today Atiq is the Executive Chairman of the Board at Virsec Systems Inc.
Ashley Krongold
Ashley is the CEO of the Korngold Group – a third-generation, family-run group of companies based in Melbourne, Australia. The Group engages in various businesses globally including construction, property development, property investment, finance, technology, venture capital and travel. Ashley’s background in the Investment Banking and Accounting industry spans 15 years during which he was a founding member of Investec Bank Australia, opening its Melbourne office in 2000 and later leading the Bank’s Private Client Lending division. Ashley formerly worked at William Buck Chartered Accountants, ANZ Corporate Finance (London) and ANZ Private Bank (Australia). He serves on the Boards and is a Director of various ASX listed companies, communal charities, foundations and organisations globally. He is also a member of YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization), the world’s premier peer network of chief executives and business leaders. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Business from Monash University, Melbourne.
Fred Bart
Mr. Bart has an extensive track record of business success behind him and brings decades of business know-how to Weebit Nano. Starting his career in the bed linen retail and fashion industries, Fred’s business interests diversified to include genetics, securities, electro-optics, hospitality and more. In the 1980’s he was responsible for transforming his family business from a small operation to a 1,200 employee corporation with a $200 million turnover. He acquired and turned around several businesses during his impressive career, expanding their operations, growing revenue and helping them to become publicly listed. Currently, he is a Chairman and major shareholder of Electro Optics Systems Limited (ASX:EOS) and Chairman of Audio Pixels Holdings Limited (ASX :AKP). Mr Bart also holds a wide range of private companies worldwide.

Prof. James Tour
Professor Tour is a Professor of Materials Science, Nano Engineering and Computer Science at Rice University in Houston, Texas. He is renowned for his work in molecular electronics and molecular switching molecules. Prof. Tour holds more than 60 US patents and has authored over 500 publications. He was named among “the 50 most Influential Scientists in the world today” in 2014 and was selected as Scientist of the Year by R&D magazine in 2013. Prof. Tour was inducted to the National Academy of Inventors in 2016.
