Yossi Keret | CEO & Director
Mr. Yossi Keret has extensive managerial and financial experience and has led a variety of international companies in different fields including industrial, financing, biotech and high-tech startups both in Europe and the USA. Mr. Keret has a vast experience in public and private companies and took a major part in M&A negotiations and implementation as well as in complex international tax planning. Mr. Keret has played a major part in Initial Public Offerings (IPO) in NASDAQ and has led successful private equity raising (PIPE) for public companies.
Amir Regev | VP R&D
Amir brings to Weebit two decades of Device & Technology experience in the semiconductor industry, mainly in Flash memory technology. Prior to Weebit, Amir served as a senior Engineer in the most leading technological companies in the semiconductor and memory business such as Intel (NASDAQ:INTC), SanDisk (NASDAQ:SNDK), Micron (NASDAQ:MU) and Marvell (NASDAQ:MRVL). Over the years Amir has gained wide knowledge and experience in multiple engineering fields including Device, Technology Development, Quality & Reliability, and ASIC R&D. As a Senior Device Engineer, Amir took part in developing the most advanced 45nm NOR Flash technology to date. Amir hold an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Tel-Aviv University and B.Sc. in Material Science and Engineering from Ben-Gurion University.
David (Dadi) Perlmutter | Chairman of the Board
Dadi Perlmutter has nearly 40 years in the semiconductors industry and is currently Managing general partner in Eucalyptus Growth Capital, focusing on investment in growing technology companies in Israel. Prior to that, Dadi was held an Executive Vice President and General Manager position of the Intel Architecture Group (IAG) and chief product officer of Intel Corporation (NASDAQ:INTC) until 2014. Dadi received an award for innovation in industrial development from the Israeli president in 1987 for the development of the i387 math coprocessor. And was elected a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE Fellow) for contributions to the mobile personal computer industry. Dadi is A member of the Board of Directors of Mellanox Technologies (NASDAQ: MLNX), Chairs different non-profit organizations. Member of the Board of Governors of the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. On the board of directors of various startups.
Rami Hadar | Director
Rami Hadar is the former CEO of Allot Communication (NASDAQ:ALLT). During the eight years he functioned as CEO, Mr. Hadar managed to increase the company’s sales above $100 million annually, performed 3 M&A’s and led the company to an IPO on NASDAQ. Prior to Allot, Mr. Hadar was the CEO of 2 Israeli companies that executed successful exits for their investors: Mr. Hadar was also one of the founders of Combox and was a director in the company when it was purchased by Terayon. Mr. Hadar is presently a partner in a new venture capital firm Eucalyptus Growth Capital that focuses on investment and assistance to mature Israeli companies.
Kobi Ben Shabbat | Director
Mr. Ben-Shabat has vast experience in sales, senior management and building new companies from the ground up as a Board member in various companies. Mr. Ben-Shabat was the founder and Managing Director of Open Platform Systems, which was founded in 2007 operated across Australia and New Zealand, and which was acquired by Hills PTY LTD (ASX listed) in April 2014. Currently Mr. Ben-Shabat is the founder and CEO of Ultra charge (UTR: ASX).
Mr Krongold has spent 15 years in the Investment Banking and Accounting industries.
He was a founding member of Investec Bank Australia and is currently CEO of the Krongold Group and a non-executive director of Dotz Nano Ltd (ASX: DTZ). Mr. Krongold is also a founding General Partner of global equity crowd-funding platform, OurCrowd.
Ananda Kathiravelu has been in the financial services funds management and stock broking industries for over 20 years. He holds a Bachelor of Business and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment. Mr Kathiravelu is the Managing Director of Armada Capital Ltd, a corporate advisory company that has been involved in providing strategic corporate advice and services to listed and unlisted public companies including, Pryme Oil and Gas Ltd, CuDeco Ltd (formally known as Australian Mining Investments Ltd), Promesa Ltd (to be renamed Thredit Ltd), Coronado Ltd, Intium Energy Ltd, Locality Planning Energy Holdings Ltd and Buddy Platform Ltd. His areas of expertise include corporate advice, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions. His focus is on the small cap resources and emerging business sectors.
