Job Description

This is a high-impact role for a hands-on finance professional who combines strong analytical capabilities with business partnership skills and enjoys building processes in a fast-growing company. In this role you will own key FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and management reporting, while partnering closely with Finance leadership and business stakeholders across the company:

  • Lead key FP&A processes, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-term planning, and financial modelling across revenue, operating expenses, headcount, and cash flow
  • Provide meaningful financial insights and analysis to support strategic decisions, business planning, and resource allocation
  • Partner with business leaders across R&D, Operations, Business Development, and corporate functions to understand business drivers and translate them into financial outcomes
  • Prepare monthly management reporting, including Budget vs. Actuals, Forecast vs. Actuals, KPI tracking, and executive dashboards
  • Develop and maintain financial models, scenarios, and business cases to support company growth initiatives and strategic decisions
  • Support executive leadership and Board reporting with clear, data-driven financial insights
  • Drive improvements in FP&A processes, systems, automation, and reporting capabilities

Required Skills and Experience

  • BA in Accounting, Economics and/or Finance (CPA certification is a strong advantage)
  • 6+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Corporate Finance roles
  • Experience working in a Tech company, preferably in a global and fast-growing environment, with exposure to multi-currency operations and foreign exchange (FX) planning and reporting
  • Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and variance analysis
  • Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence business decisions through financial insights
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect financial data to business performance
  • Advanced Excel skills, with experience working with FP&A systems, financial reporting platforms and AI tools to drive financial analysis and process efficiency
  • A hands-on, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to build processes from the ground up
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across functions
