OTS Selector

Ovonic Threshold Switching: An OTS is a type of selector for an emerging Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) that is used for accessing a specific addressed cell while blocking leakage current sneak path from all the non-selected cells. This mitigates high leakage current on one hand, while on the other hand exhibiting high on-current density and extremely fast switching speed. These attributes make OTS ideal for discrete ReRAM chips.
